I have been baking since I was 10. I started out baking for family during holidays, then baking for friends on birthdays. 30 years later I have perfected my recipes. I have taken courses to enhance my baking and decorating skills. I began with perfecting the taste of my pastries and baked goods, then I decided that I like the art in decorating cakes and cupcakes, so I took several courses to master my craft. I am looking to open a high end bakery
