We have built a P2P payment system for short-term rental properties, based on smart contracts deployed on Ethereum main network. The key features of our system are the fact that tenants can cancel payment at any time before or during check in day; and the usage of stablecoins TrueUSD / DAI as a method of payment for rentals.
