Emergency Urgent Care Center to be open 12 hours/day 7 days/week to provide medical services. No appointment necessary. All patients to be seen within 15 minutes of arrival, unlike ER's which wait time is as long as 3 hours or more. Will be full service including on site radioloical and laboratory services for immediate diagnosis and treatment. Goal is to keep patients home and out of hospital.
