Over the past 28 years, Todd has led high performance businesses for technology industry leaders, including Cramer Systems (Amdocs), PeopleSoft (Oracle), CSC, Chrysler Systems (IBM), GE Information Services (GSX) and CompuServe (AOL). Todd also served as the CEO of enterprise mobility leader CAS AG (Accenture). He most recently led Global Enterprise Mobility for SAP, the leader in the enterprise mobility realm.

Raghupathy "Siva" SivakumarProfessor
Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Technology Officer. He is a tenured full professor in the School of ECE at Georgia Tech. Siva leads the internationally recognized Georgia Tech Networks and Mobile Computing Research Group and has published over 120 papers. He has participated in two start-ups while at Georgia Tech – EG Technology (now Arris) as a senior technologist, and Asankya (now EMC) as the Founder / CTO.
