With a deep background in metal job shop operations and management, he is creating our new manufacturing facility that embodies the latest in lean manufacturing, quality systems and management principles.

Tim's management of a $30M construction business (Hebert Construction, Lewiston ME) along with his industry knowledge brings the skills and perspective necessary to have the right product mix for both contractors and facility managers. Tim's experience includes P&L responsibility at Hebert along with managing multiple concurrent and complex projects, investor relations, personnel management, banking and finance. He is an active manager at STARC

Chris has an extensive background in the safety products industry managing a large sales and marketing organization and is the consummate relationship builder. His efforts to date in filling the sales funnel and developing critical strategic relationships with large and small customers, distributors, rental fleet partners and other parties has been very successful and has positioned us well to achieve our short and long term goals.
