"The Code-Breakers 2" Back In Action is about four college students studying to be marine biologist and creating codes everyday for the NCSD (National Cyber Security Division) to secure and protect the ocean from destruction of terrorists and hackers. As sea animals start turning up dead and computers at the NCSD are being hacked into, the Homeland Security agents turn to the four college students to investigate there own professor.
