    Mutolo is an expert in fuel cell materials and systems. He has been working in the energy storage sector for nearly 20 years. Mutolo is a founding board member and officer of the New York Battery & Energy Storage Technology (NY-BEST) consortium. Mutolo has a strong track record of accelerating technology development and deployment from his role as Director of External Partnerships for the Energy Materials Center at Cornell University (emc2).

  • Vice President, Co-Founder

    Dailey is also an attorney in Albany, NY, with a practice focused on entrepreneurial ventures – from pre-formation agreements and fundraising, to intellectual property development, operations, mergers and exit events. Dailey served as Corporate Counsel and Director of Intellectual Property at MTI MicroFuel Cells Inc., where he oversaw the development of more than 100 US Patent Applications, and grew strategic partnerships and relationships.

  • Advisor, Co-Founder

    O’Connell (advisor) is an experienced entrepreneur. He was CEO and co-founder of the American Fuel Cell Company, producing Membrane Electrode Assemblies for fuel cell applications; AFC was recently acquired by Plug Power. During his 35 years with GM, O’Connell he established advanced technology demonstration programs that were responsible for developing and deploying alternative fuel vehicles and fueling stations.
