President and CEOFred Horton has been a serial entrepreneur and intrapreneur over the course of his nearly four decades in finance. In 2015 he Co-Founded private debt manager Crayhill Capital Management and served as Managing Partner through 2018. Previously, Mr. Horton Co-Founded Strategos Capital Management, a distressed debt manager and in 2007 founded and headed the structured finance group at GSC Partners. He has an MBA from B.U. and a BA from Brown.

COOTom has spent the past 25 years of his professional life promoting market driven solutions to society's most pressing environmental challenges. He launched Canopy Development, a low impact resort development company financed by Revolution, Steve Case's venture group in 2005 and was a founding principal at The Trust For Sustainable Development, developers of Civano (2,700 homes) and Loreto Bay Mexico (5,000 homes).

Project ManagerJohn has 35+ years in commercial asset finance, leasing and marketing focused on commercial aviation and with experience in recycling- and alternative energy- related business. John held executive positions with Lobo Leasing. He began his career as a financial analyst at Bank of New England and has served with BoA, US West , NYNEX Credit, and Wells Fargo Equipment Finance and managed BioLea$e, a company in the wood recycling industry.

Bob has an undergrad degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern and a Masters in Materials Science and Engineering at U of Delaware. He worked in composites R&D for over a decade for the US Army Research Lab and later for a non-woven textile manufacturer developing products for ballistic protection and aerospace markets. He also founded Klinger Engineering, a composite materials design, prototyping, repair and manufacturing company.
