Mr. Carlson has spent his entire 30+ year career in the spinal and pain management device field, stating with ten years at Medtronic as a senior sales executive, followed by ten years at Advanced Neuromodulation Systems, five as President.. He has been part of the founding management team at six startup companies and has built global strategic business relationships with surgeons, pain specialists, distributors and leading industry executives.

Scott has specialized in spinal product development for the past ten years and has designd the next generation verttical lumbar traction system for StandUp Traction Systems. Scott also has started three new ventures, and has worked with Mr. Carlson for the past ten years. Additionally, Scott has built strategic relationships with dozens of spine surgeons that will benefit STS sales.

Tom Hooten has spent over 25 years in the orthopedic industry and managed Zimmer's orthopedic business in the entire state of Florida, which had $60 million in annual sales. His knowledge of the orthopedic market and relationships with hundreds of orthopedic surgeons will key STS' initial penetration into many large orthopedic clinics with their own physical therapy clinics.

Howard has served large and startup companies as CFO & Controller and brings over 30 years of corporate financial management experience to STS.
