Having studied and worked in programming for 15 years and having 10 years of staffing experience as well as 15 years of overall career experience I am uniquely qualified to provide insight into the software systems of the staffing industry. I am currently the CEO and Founder of one of the fastest growing technical staffing firms in the United States. We have grown 968% in 3 years.

Christina is a UCF graduate with 7 years of experience in sales and marketing. She incorporates traditional and modern tools for developing brands and broadcasting marketing content. Currently she is the Marketing Director for Tekk Fusion in which she gives sound advice and trend coverage to technology professionals. Ms. Kalman is a dedicated member of the Florida Public Relations Association & the Melbourne Chamber’s Space Coast Tech Council.

Connie is the Director of Human Resources for Ovation with a work history that illustrates a solid background in HR, benefits and payroll administration. Mrs. Goworek has taken on several leadership roles, including assisting her current organization through many organizational and compensation changes. Connie is a dedicated member of SHRM, which is the world’s largest HR membership organization devoted to human resource management.

Paul is Ovation’s CLO & accomplished IT executive. Mr. Hart's had the honor of working with start up to Fortune 500 in SaaS/Cloud, finance, retail, TPA & hospitality. Successful in bringing vision to execution, achieving organizational transformation.

Peter, The CTO has years of experience covering development, architecture & executive management. Mr. Wright has traveled the world to work with & lead teams for recognizable brands including Enron, Credit Suisse & American Express. His work has been featured on TV, TechCrunch, and in Business Week & Forbes.

Samuel Nutter brings his strategic thinking and financial insight to the Ovation team. He holds an MBA from Rollins College with concentration in Finance & served several years in the financial industry. From experience in asset management and investment banking at Raymond James & Associates to Business Development at Robert Half International, Samuel leverages his experience to supply Ovation with the financials it requires going forward.
