Jess started as a proud member of the Army & Air Force. Following a line of duty injury, Jess has led major programs for: BMEWS, PAVE PAWS, NASA ISS, AOC WS, several US States and the FAA. Jess founded Spartan Thought, a DoD contracting firm, who was recently selected to maintain the US drone IT infrastructure. Jess is also the founder of Therapy in Games, a non-profit that builds diagnostic health software for children facing autism.

Terry has over thirty years of experience in building technical systems for geospatial data management and national security. He is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy and Air Force veteran.

Mark earned his Bachelor’s degree from Columbia College. Baisley’s achievements include: leading the team that secured 100% of all funds electronically transferred into the United States Treasury ($2.5 trillion annually), retrofitted security software into several Department of Defense and intelligence systems. Baisley has served as Chairman of the Colorado Space Business Roundtable and Co-Founder of the Colorado nanotechnology initiative.

Ted Sundquist was educated at the U.S. Air Force Academy. He played and coached football for the Academy, served as a flight commander in Germany. Ted moved on to the Denver Broncos where he spent 16 years in the front office, including six years as the General Manager of the organization. Ted brings a wealth of insight and experience to the StadiNav team.
