Ravi has been working in the software industry for over 10 years as a senior engineer and consultant for both small and large enterprises, in industries ranging from finance (working for Citi & Fidelity Investments), telecommunications (Ericsson), domain registrars, to safety automation. He has also previously worked on early stage startups, working on social media marketing and product development.

Israel also has more than 10 years of experience in the software industry, working as a senior engineer and consultant for a variety of companies including Ericsson, Fujitsu and Monitise, on projects of different sizes. He has recently worked on an early stage startup, and was involved in the technical aspects of the project.

Tiago comes from a multimedia design background and has worked in the industry as a senior frontend engineer for over 6 years. He also has significant experience in game development (and teaches courses in game development), which combined with his industry experience highlights the immense creativity and expertise in the user experience he brings.
