Greg started his career by launching the Space Shuttle for NASA from the Mission Control Center before heading off to complete his PhD in Space Robotics with a focus in planetary locomotion systems for exploration robots. He then worked for the US Naval Research Laboratory, where he acquired and managed over $10M in robotics R&D programs for NASA, DARPA, and the Navy. In 2013, he founded SRT, a cutting-edge start-up devoted to new tech solutions.

Aaron has an academic background in philosophy, political economy, and computer science. Aaron has previously built tools and resources geared towards the automation of multiple HR functions and the analysis of HR metrics. Aaron ensures that SRT is prepared for an expansive future, constructing inclusive policies to make SRT’s business culture as cutting edge as our technology.

Karoline has had a varied career in mathematics with expertise in theoretical systems, statistical modelling, and data analytics. She earned her BS, Masters and PhD Mathematics. She then taught as a math professor, served with the Department of State, and then was Executive Director of the Association for Women in Mathematics. At SRT she specializes in listening to client needs so as to align business intelligence to improve their workflow.

Vishal is a software developer and systems architect with a BS and MSc in Computer Science. His research focused on cloud-based collaborative robotics and mapping as well as research in increasing efficiency in implementation of advanced algorithms. He worked as a software developer and consultant before leading the development and launch of SRT’s M1. Vishal is able to work from behind the scenes to make our software accessible to the end user.

Lauren ensures the successful coalescing of our technology for deployment and retention by our clients. Throughout her career, she has held prestigious executive level positions, leading in the full range of the tech business lifecycle. As a devoted advocate of creating equitable opportunities, she has led small business workshops and co-founded a program that supports the needs of women in technology.
