30+ years of Semiconductor experience, a Founder of Cirrus Logic, and a co-founder of SliceX a high performance analog start-up. He has extensive experience with all aspects of start-ups.

20 plus years of semiconductor experience with major firms including Philips Semiconductor and Infineon, and has developed high performance VLIW CPU, Multimedia SoCs, Optical Networking and Base band processors. He was a key early senior employee at Catamaran Communications.

17 years’ experience in developing multimedia sub-systems & apps, SoCs, development tools, IP licensing, Technical and Product Marketing at Philips Semiconductor, TriMedia Technologies, and NXP Semiconductor.

Satya worked for Nvidia India as the Principal Architect in Multimedia System Design, DSP, and VLSI. Prior to that he was at Sasken Technologies as Multimedia Engineer. He an author of multiple US patents in the area of Video algorithms and applications. He has an M.S from Indian Institute of Science in signal processing.

Worked in Emuzed India, as the Principal Architect in Multimedia System Design & Audio/Video signal processing. Before that he worked in Sasken Technologies as a Multimedia Engineer. He has filed US patents in the area of Audio algorithms. He has an M.S from Indian Institute of Science in signal processing.
