Joe has 12 years of financial analysis and banking experience with a Master of Financial Risk Management. He focuses on capital budgeting, financial forecasting, and risk analysis of Squeezease Therapy.

Lucia is skilled and experienced in research, design for manufacturing, and user-centered design.

Doug is the founder and CEO of Feathercraft Products Ltd. Doug is experienced in product development and in using radio frequency welding construction methods. He brings his creativity and technical talent to the team on research and development for the product and product construction.

Peter is an experienced corporate executive, having held senior management positions with a variety of established US and Canadian corporations. He has worked with numerous emerging businesses, helping them grow into viable and sustainable enterprises

For the past 15 years, Cris has specialized in pediatrics, helping children take their first step towards self-regulation. Cris has performed over 200 workshops on topics such as Sensory Integration and Attention, and trains other Cris is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist.

Hendrik is a skilled web and graphic designer with a master of technology and design at the Lübeck University of Applied Sciences in Germany.
