Robert is the business driver of the organization. His passion in creating businesses has led him to different entrepreneurial ventures including a multimillion-dollar SAAS start up, a supplement company, as well as a nationwide nonprofit organization he Co-Founded called Memory JAR, where he serves as Executive Director and member of Board of Directors.

John is the architect of the platform. He has extensive experience in large-scale systems development, methodology & web based programming. After progressing his IT career, John started his own company that provided web based solutions for b-2-b commerce, allowing him to get back to his passion of developing systems. He was the chief architect & developer in a transportation management system, a REO management site & an online discount system.

A.J. is the visionary and is SquaredOut’s guru on social media tools. A.J. spent six years managing an online Asset Management platform that covered the lifecycle of REO property transactions. He co-created a discounting software application for a startup.

Grayson is responsible for growing the user base & partnerships. He has extensive experience building & executing various sales models. He helped MRC one of Xerox’s largest partners, build their consulting business & grow it into a multimillion dollar a year program. Grayson was recently responsible for developing distribution & taking to market a multimillion dollar SaaS startup in which he scaled the sales team from 0 to 30+ sales reps.

Shane is the engineer behind the systems powering SquaredOut. He has spent over 18 years gaining broad experience working in the heterogeneous IT environments of Fortune 500 enterprises, small businesses, & startups alike. He has expertise in the latest technologies that modern companies leverage to gain a competitive advantage in the market place. He recently engineered & built a fully virtual, highly available infrastructure for a SaaS startup.
