Received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler, where he was president of the Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital Club and a Carolina Venture Fellow.

    Previously led User Experience and Creative Design for iContact, a leading email marketing provider known for its ease-of-use and powerful features. Jeff has been designing web interfaces and user experiences since AOL hired him in 1994 as their first ever in-house designer, where he built their first design team. Has also been a freelance web designer/developer; Associate Creative Director for Arnold Communications, a top 20 marketing agency.
