Spruce Medical Technologies is developing a novel laparoscopic atraumatic grasper to manipulate delicate and friable tissue during abdominal surgery. Using patent-pending technology, the grasper is able to use suction to develop a strong grip on any time of tissue while not causing the tearing and trauma associated with traditional pinching graspers.
