Tom has spent his career helping companies get the most from their employees. Prior to joining Sprout, Tom led Optimé Int., a consultancy that has worked with over 200,000 people globally to drive company performance. Prior to Optimé he spent 18 years as a global sales and marketing leader at Procter & Gamble. Tom has a B.Comm in Sports Administration from Laurentian University and recently completed the CEO Ironman Challenge in Lake Placid.

Have lived and worked in Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Passionate about empowering employees and employers through innovative health and wellness strategies.

Martha has spent her career in various sales and marketing roles with companies such as Pepsi, Unilever, and Nestle, where she lead brand planning, strategy, and execution.

Martha has a degree in business from The University of Western Ontario. She has lived and worked in Toronto, Sydney, and London and currently resides with her husband and daughter in Vancouver. In her spare time she can be found running marathons and skiing in Whistler.
