Jennifer Brandon has served as Executive Director of Springwire’s National Office since 1998. During her tenure, Springwire has expanded its presence across the country by negotiating national partnerships, advocating for improved telecommunications for low-income people, and promoting Springwire within homeless and social services. Jennifer is a frequent guest speaker on issues of homelessness, digital inclusion, and communications equity.

Steve Albertson joined Springwire in April 2004, and has served in a number of technology and program capacities. As New Initiatives Director, he focuses on new uses for Community Voice Mail, and new opportunities to bring information and communication resources to Springwire clients.

Peg joined Springwire as Deputy Director in April of 2012. Prior to Springwire, Peg led fundraising, communications and community education programs at two Northwest nonprofits—NPower Northwest and Alliance for a Just Society.Peg joined Springwire as Deputy Director in April of 2012. Anna Landa joined Springwire in 2007 as the Program Development Coordinator to the Springwire National staff. Anna focuses on supporting the existing Springwire Federation and developing new Springwire sites across the country.

Andrea John-Smith has served as Springwire’s Interim Director of Development since 2009. She leads and manages resource development and donor relationship building for the organization, and supports the communications and fundraising efforts of Springwire partners throughout North America.

Annie has a strong passion for technology and loves to tinker. From a young age she has been building computers and learning everything she can get her hands on. Annie has 8+ years in System Administration, Management, and Customer Service, and most recently was the Sr. Technical Support Analyst for the internet-based real estate company Redfin for 2+ years.
