As VP at Lenovo personal computers, Craig led design and branding, and a global launch into the consumer market. He founded Inventive Branding consulting and has provided services to the solar industry. Craig is also a board member with Young Life and an advisor to Sovereign's Capital.

Rob is an accomplished industrial designer with over 20 years in design for architectural products, primarily with USG Interiors, and Pergo. Recipient of five industry design awards, including IDEA from IDSA. Rob was awarded a design patent for Interior Trees, a similar product to Spotlight Solar. He also founded a business serving property developers and builders.

Tom brings 20 years of marketing, strategy, business development, partnership and product management at Ocean Spray, IBM and Lenovo. Recent experience includes 6 years of startup / small business executive leadership focused on product, marketing, business development, strategic alliances. Roles included CEO of Alrgn Bio, and SVP, BD and Strategy for Global Specimen Solutions - successfully acquired by LabCorp.
