  • Founder and managing director, Ciaran has worked in a wide range of technology companies over 20 years’ experience, including customer-facing roles in major international companies such as Leica Microsystems, Agilent Technologies and Sun Microsystems. Ciaran has also held CTO roles in early-stage companies such as Dyoptyka, delivered a technology platform enabling $4.5M in VC investment and underpinned strategic efforts to further US market.

  • Heading up SportsCarver’s commercialisation, Leo comes from a successful career as Director of Sales & Operations in First Sports International. Leo has provided business consultancy expertise in various industries and organisations in Europe, USA and Asia, including Epicor Software Ltd (London, UK), Cognizant Technologies (Chennai, India), Fijian Ministry of Health (Suva, Fiji), Consort Express Lines - Swire Group (Lae, Papua New Guinea).

  • Petra has over 15 years of experience in software architecture and prior to joining company worked in high-technology engineering, including team-lead and project management roles.
    Petra has worked on large scale projects involving big data processing with global-scale backend systems.

  • CFO/COO

    Richard is a chartered accountant with over 20 years’ experience in a variety of technology businesses ranging from startups to NASDAQ quoted companies. He spent a number of years in Silicon Valley before co-founding a software company in Ireland. Richard has led a number of successful early stage, seed capital and Series A funding rounds.
