The Spooner Ice House houses Jersey's Sports Bar & Grill, Banquets & Event Center, Ice House Fitness and the rink. It is home to Spooner Rails Youth Hockey, Wisconsin Wilderness Junior A hockey and the NW Figure Skaters Club. It is an integral part of Spooner's economy, providing jobs to over 40 people in the area and bringing about 25,000 outside visitors to the area every year with it's many tournaments, hockey games, practices and events.

    Lars has been the owner and run the Ice House for the last 2 years. He has many years experience in management and sports and has a great plan to make this Ice House really profitable, given the much needed funds to upgrade the building and make it more efficient.

    Katie has also run the Ice House for the last 2 years with Lars. She has experience in restaurant and catering management, menu planning, social media and web management, as well as graphic design.
