As an Independent recruiter I was limited to how much business I could handle at one time. If a client had more than 20 or so openings it was impossible to try and fill them all. Time management became my biggest issue. How much time should I spend on each job? How much time should I be doing business development? How many clients are too many? Am I doing myself any favors by adding a client that I am going to have a tough time servicing?
