Daniel has 10 years of start-up and financial services experience in the USA and West Africa. Prior to joining Splash, he formerly worked with Manocap (Venture Capital), Barclays Capital (Investment Banking) and Nexant (Tech Startup). Daniel has demonstrated his confidence in Splash by committing a significant amount of personal skin-in-the-game. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Union College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Shane brings 14 years of experience working in IT systems integration across the public and private sectors in the UK, Ireland and Sierra Leone. He has been with Splash from the beginning, and successfully managed integration of all the partner MNOs and banks before launching. He holds a BA in Economics and Applied Maths and a post-graduate degree in Software Design and Development from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
