Holly McGarraughExecutive ChairmanMs. McGarraugh has extensive start-up experience, particularly in point-of-care and home health devices such as home glucose monitoring. She was formerly CEO at Apieron, which developed and obtained FDA clearance of a nitric oxide measuring device for asthma. Additionally she was a Vice President at Therasense, which was purchased by Abbott, and subsequently VP of Abbott diabetes corporation.

Eric Fung, MD, PhDCEODr. Fung, former Chief Scientific Officer and Chief Medical Officer of Vermillion, has product development and commercialization experience with the development and launch of OVA1®, the first proteomics based multimarker test cleared by the FDA. Dr. Fung has experience in biomarker discovery, development, clinical trials, and product launch. He obtained his MD, PhD from Johns Hopkins University.

Solomon Ssenyange, PhDCTODr. Ssenyange developed the core Spirosure technology in collaboration with researchers at the Ohio State University, where he did his post-doctoral fellowship. Most recently, he was an engineer at Form Factor, Inc. He obtained his PhD in analytical chemistry from University of Alberta.

Paul HarrisSystems Engineer (consulting)Dr Harris has over 26 years industry experience in the field of Medical Devices and Diagnostic system R&D. Dr Harris has held senior positions at Beckman Instruments Clinical Systems (now Beckman-Coulter) and Genetic Systems Sanofi (now part of Bio-Rad). Dr Harris served as Director of R&D at STC Diagnostics (now Orasure Diagnostics) and as Vice President of Engineering at CellPro.

Wolfe graduated from the UCSF School of Medicine, did his residency and pulmonary fellowship at UCLA and his Allergy/Immunology fellowship at Johns Hopkins University
