Shiraz is a seasoned professional and effectual closer with a proven ability to train staff, implement effective business development protocols, and provide granular implementation services with a unique endpoint approach. From January 2008 to August 2012 Shiraz served as the Business Development Manager for MacsDesign Studio, makers of the Web Help Desk application.

MacsDesign Studio was acquired in August 2012 for $20M by SolarWinds.

Most recently Jan built 352 Media group's small business Web Development division from the business plan stage all the way to a fully functioning division.

His responsibilities required him to provide creative direction for clients and to take point on internal marketing efforts.

His skills include; Web Design, Logo Design, Print Ad Design, concept art and Project Management.

Nathan earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees at the University of Florida in Computer Science. Nathan brings 14 years of software development to the group. He's also been in a leadership role for the last seven years, where he's headed a team of several software developers.

He's also aided in many management aspects of the entire IT department, including hiring, interviewing, and resolving interpersonal conflicts.
