Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Remote Sensing from UC Santa Barbara, is a Certified Auditor and Quality Engineer from Depart of Energy. He has 30 years of experience in the medical device field including product development,, Quality Management, Regulatory submissions, supply chain management, & Document Control. As COO at Fzio Med, he built it from 2 to 55 employees & a manufacturing facility outputting over 100,000 devices per yr.

Kathleen has 25 years’ experience in clinical research & operations, including medical device, biologics & pharma product development. Her expertise includes set up & management of clinical trials & Quality Assurance programs in US & abroad with implantable, re-absorbable biomaterials, immunology, in vitro diagnostics, medical & surgical oncology, pediatrics, photodynamic therapy, infectious disease, rheumatoid arthritis, & compassionate use.

Caroline received her Masters of Public Health from the University Of Colorado School Of Medicine/Public Health & her Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver (School of Public Affairs). She has worked in research & evaluation for 15 years and in different areas of health and research.
