Mr. Carrier is the founder of SpinCo & inventor of the technology. He is the leading force in securing investment capital for the company. Prior to SpinCo, Mr. Carrier trained and worked as an airframe & powerplant mechanic. He has an inventive mechanical mind & is multi-talented in matters relating to the preparation of intellectual property, technical writing, product design & the presentation of all the different field-of-use applications.

Mr. Brackett brings a wealth of knowledge to SpinCo, with 20 years of experience developing energy efficient gearing. He is a skilled tool & die maker & has been awarded 2 US rolling gear patents. Earlier, he & his father owned a precision tool & die machine shop for 7 years & he later founded Roller Gear, Inc. & served as CEO, which developed, built & tested prototypes for motor vehicle & industrial gearing.
