Company Summary

Our goal at Spill is to bring the Winter Springs FL area a restaurant that provides excellent food and wine, craft beer and cocktails, exceptional live music and entertainment in a relaxed upscale environment. Customers will find the setting to be intimate enough for a dinner date, perfect for small group gatherings, and fun for larger groups whether utilizing the restaurant/bar, the private lounge or while seated outside listening to live music.

    Tim currently owns and operations Wine Styles, a wine and craft beer bar in the Winter Springs Town Center Plaza. Previously, Tim worked in the health care industry bringing new medical technology into hospitals and private practices.

  • Jeffrey Thomas Marks
    Co-Founder/Owner/Operator

    Jeff currently works for Vonage as a Senior Director in charge of International Business Development. He is directly responsible for growing lucrative partnerships with companies outside of the United States. Previous to Vonage Jeff held senior leadership roles with Rock Bottom Restaurants (Old Chicago), IBM, and Sprint.
