She was the owner of ProTemp Transcription Services, Spice Shack Gourmet Specialty Store and now Spice Shack Artisan Spice & Coffee Shoppe. Elizabeth was responsible for the day to day functions of a retail establishment including but not limited to the hiring, management of employees, as well as, selling, growing and distributing of products.

    Vicki is also an entrepreneur and has over 24+ years of customer service, management, and training experience and has developed exceptional problem-solving skills. In addition, Vicki is an artist and has created quite a cult following regarding her paintings. She has had success in showing and selling her art over the past few years and has displayed her art at the Art Council in Jacksonville, NC.
