Company Summary
SpherIngenics’ microbead technology addresses complex, infected wounds by delivery of copper oxide microparticles within degradable alginate microbeads to stimulate cell repair. A sustained release degradable alginate microbead technology with copper oxide microparticles reduces infection and promotes induction of extracellular matrix production, angiogenesis, re-epithelization, and epidermalization leading to wound closure and skin formation.
