Founder of Speedboard USA, with over 30 years of small business experience. Bob is a Master Mariner and ship pilot, a boat builder, and has spent a lifetime paddling competitively. Bob is fanatically passionate about marine craft that leverage the principals of physics to move efficiently through the water and this passion that has driven him to the world of stand-up paddle boarding and the creation of Speedboard USA.

Project management consultant with experience in technology, financial services and commercial construction. Andrew brings an MBA and over 10 years of industry experience to Speedboard. As Director of Operations, Andrew applies a fact based approach to every challenge facing the Speedboard production, sales and marketing teams.

Will's love of the water has taken him all over the world in pursuit of paddling and adventure. Most notably, in the Spring of 2011, Will successfully paddled from Key West to Portland, ME in support of charity. As Director of Racing Development, Will is not only a key ambassador for the brand at key SUP events, but he also provides crucial field testing of the boards back to the shop to help refine every Speedboard design.
