    Currently serves as chairman of the University of Central Florida Materials Science Department. Previously managed memory drive manufacturing facilities for IBM.

    He has received patent in thin film energetics.

    Graduated from MIT with a PhD. in Materials Science.

    Senior Technologist

    Dr. Mohler has been actively involved in inventing new technologies for spectre since 1999.

    Dr. Mohler served as a research team leader at a DOE facility. He invented many of the first applications of thermite for AT.

    Currently serves as chief technologist for Spectre Enterprises Inc.

    Recieved a PhD. in Biochemistry from the University of Wyoming

    Currently Sr. Vice President of Olympusat--a distributor and producer of independent television programming employing over 150 full-time employees. His day to day responsibilities include securing distribution opportunities and day to day management of operations.

    Chuck began his career as a district representative for Rep. John Boehner.

    Chuck received a BA in political science from Wright State University

    President

    Tim is the emloyee most actively involved in day to day operations at Spectre. His primary responsibilities are business development but he is also involved in technology development and administrative duties.

    Prior to Spectre Tim worked as a licensed broker for a boutique bond firm specializing in small tax-exempt turnaround acquisitions. Tim worked on the acquisition, turnaround and sale of distressed credits.
