Dr. Lakhanpal is a business executive and strategic thinker with proven experience developing business models and data analytics solutions for hospitals and physician organizations. He is also a former Emergency Room physician. Prior to SpectraMD, he founded HealthAtoZ, an online personal health management system that managed costs for Health Plans and their Fortune 500 clients. HealthAtoZ was successfully sold to UnitedHealthcare Group.

Mr. Noble has been in the medical software business for over 20 years. Formerly Executive Director of Sales, North America for Alere, he also held leadership roles in medial sales for Roche and Medical Automation Systems (MAS), the latter of which helped move from startup to successful sale to Alere.

Mr. Atlee is responsible for the design and delivery of SpectraMD’s software applications. Formerly Vice President of Enterprise Operations at InfoShare, he provided direction for implementation and operation of EHR systems for over 200 AtlantiCare physicians. He has held several CIO positions in his 25 year healthcare information technology career. Ken is also a Fellow of the Healthcare Advisory Board and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Ms. Satwah has over 20 years of experience in project management, business development, finance, technology and operations. She is responsible for all financial and operational components of SpectraMD. Prior to SpectraMD, she was Director of Operations for HealthAtoZ, where she was responsible for business operations, client relations and management functions.

Mr. Shah is involved with forecasting and the securing of funds. He has a track record of doubling revenues and profits of companies through organic and inorganic growth. Mr. Shah has completed over 30 M&A transactions and over ten financings. He has been involved with several companies as their outsourced CFO including CareGain, Hx Technologies and IntegriChain, and has held executive positions at Haights Cross Communications and Primedia.
