Company Summary

Our private equity group will manage a Fund that will invest in underperforming assets of operating businesses and the underlying real property. These companies will be turned around to increase their cash flow and value, create growth and new jobs in the community, then sold as they reach the targeted return on investment.

Investment focus is on manufacturing, gas stations with C-stores, independent living, and added-value wholesale firms.

    President

    Mr. McCune has 28 years of experience in mergers and acquisition, busines valuation, and turn around management experience.

    He has been involved in over 500 business transactions.

  • Bob Pitman
    Vice President

    Mr. Pitman has over 20 years experience managing the turnaround of several multi-unit businesses as the CFO, Controller, and Operations Manager.

  • John Wilkinson
    In-house Legal Counsel

    Mr. Wilkinson has over 6 years experience as an attorney in credit and business transactions.

    Mr. Wilkinson will serve as our in-house legal advisor to effectuate quick acquisitions and exits of portfolio businesses, as well as to make sure our Fund stays compliant with current and new regulations governing private equity groups and Funds.
