CEOStephen initially saw the need for a product like Specless while at CBS Interactive where he managed mobile monetization for properties such as CNET.com and CBSNews.com. Prior to CBS, Stephen worked at global creative agency FCB managing corporate reputation campaigns for Fortune 500 brands. In addition Stephen has an award-winning design background and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of Michigan.

CTOShashank manages all development and technical operations at Specless. Shashank is an expert in software engineering and technical development, and his experience at HP working on content management systems prepared him perfectly for re-imagining ad delivery. In addition to HP, Shashank has worked at Autonomy and Argonne National Labs. Shashank holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Chicago.

VP, ProductRusty manages the advertising products and operations at Specless. As a 10 year veteran of the rich media advertising industry working at EyeWonder and Phluant Mobile, Rusty has seen and help evolve the transition from Flash to HTML5 creatives. Rusty developed the first universal ad tag for delivery to all mobile devices.

VP, EngineeringTinkerer and coder, Michael McLaughlin, spearheads front end development at Specless. With a background in Biological research and Psychology, Michael gets into the minds of Specless's users to create the large and small scale webapps that they didn't event know they wanted. While Michael's primary art and craft is coding, he is not necessarily limited to tickling the keys; he was once an avid wakeboarder and poet.
