Special Creations Child Care and Development Center is a full service 24 hour and 7 days a week,excluding holidays, child care that focuses on providing high quality child care service to children age 1 month to 12 years of age for low income to dual income families who work non conventional hours that have a need and want for professional,caring, and trustworthy caretakers that will also provide an educational curriculum.
