Dr Jain holds a PhD from the University of Toronto and is a Fellow and the distinct recipient of the William E. Newell Power Electronics Award (IEEE). He is Canada Research Chair in Power Electronics and Director of the Queen's Centre for Energy and Power Electronics Research.
