Company Summary

SparkBrush is cloud-based art inventory and transaction management software tied to an integrated database and public marketplace, enabling art galleries, art collectors and artists to track the value of art and buy/sell art as an investment with confidence.

Every year, billions of dollars are lost in the entry-to-mid level art market, which represents 95% of the world's art.

Due to a fragmented industry and lack of effective means to track and sell artwork in this category of artwork less than $25,000 per piece, it is incredibly difficult for artists to accurately price and increase demand for their work, for galleries to move inventory, and for collectors to value and resell their collection in the secondary market.

As galleries are the key players in the industry, being the middlemen between artists and collectors, they bear the brunt of the current antiquated model, lacking:

- Effective inventory management
- Targeted marketing to pre-qualified leads for specific art and artists
- Tools to convert potential collectors into actual collectors
- Mechanisms to promote and sell inventory at market value

SparkBrush disrupts this specific market segment and solves these problems for artists, galleries, and collectors by creating a public exchange and knowledge platform.
