We are building an effective tool to combat the $1,360,000,000,000 in outstanding student debt by providing our users an app to pay down student loans using their spare change. Spared is an automated solution to paying down student debt that rounds up transactions to the nearest dollar, then applies the spare change directly to student loan principal. Our average user pays off their debt 7 years faster and saves roughly $9,000 in the process.
