    His vision to build SOW1FARM into a national brand that focuses on creating consumer products from food waste has brought SOW1FARM to the Early Stage of our business.

  • Karen will oversee all daily operations of our finances and leads the team with over 30+ years of experience in small business financials. Her ability to help SOW1FARM direct funds in specific and timely fashions have proven to make a name for our selves in a short amount of time. Her understanding of small business management and accounting will help in continuing long-term success for SOW1FARM in the near and far future.

  • Jeff Duyck
    CBDO

    Jeff comes to SOW1FARM with over 30 years in Commercial Ag. and Fertilizer Distribution. Jeff Owned & Operated Pacific Harvest, which provided agricultural products, fertilizers, irrigation supplies, and AG consultation services, until he sold to Wilco in 2007. He will oversee the Business Development of large commercial agriculture services and serve as our large wholesale distribution contact for large buying groups across the United States.

  • Paul Coussens
    CADO

    Paul has 30+ years in the commercial agriculture industry. He previously served as the President of the Oregon Blueberry Commission and has been a commercial farmer on over 500 acres of a variety of crops. He will oversee the management and development of commercial contracts that will increase sales, trials, and field-tests for efficacy. His work will extend to developing a network of farmers that we can work with on doing organic switchovers.

  • David Knaus
    CPDO

    David comes to SOW1FARM with over 10 years in Organic Agriculture and research in product development within the agriculture industry. He owns and operates his own agriculture consultation business that focuses on organic production overseeing thousands of acres in Oregon alone. He will oversee the development of new products in an industry that is quickly turning to organic practices.

  • Brenda has over 17 years in marketing communications from small businesses to large corporations. Her work includes strategy, plan development, managing digital and social media, and project management. She will oversee the planning, development, and execution of the marketing strategy outside of Oregon with additional responsibilities of creating a direct marketing campaign that will increase retention of customers and high-volume interaction.
