Mr. Smith, a retired Army veteran and business owner, has a long and successful career managing businesses and teams, building business opportunities, consulting, and working with both commercial and Government customers. Over 27 years of experience and the right team provides the platform for building a renewable energy, forest product, wastewater, paper industries and technology company. Mr. Smith has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA.

Mr. Devere has 40+ years of experience in the Forest products industry including consulting, developing opportunities in the Pulp & Paper industry, and brokering of forest products. Mr. Devere’s experience in the forest industry has produced a significant network of contacts in the forestry, waste management and paper industries that we can leverage to our advantage. Mr. Devere has a bachelor’s degree in Forestry from Purdue University.
