Company Summary

We are a home style ethnic food restaurant specializing in soul food ,Cajun/creole and some Jamaican dishes. Most dishes will be prepared with locally grown produce and prepared daily bread and baked products will be made on premises. My main customers will be working class, church patrons, students relocated southerners, and Jamaicans as well as the local seniors and hospitals. There are a lot of older residents who are looking for ethnic foods.
