We are a mobile food trailer that serves fish and seafood items. The company was started by Mr. Micheal July who has been in the culinary industry since 1990 and has earned an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from The Quartermaster School from the US Army. We have structured our company as an LLC to protect the company frivolous litigation arising from everyday operation.
