New Orleans lacks the thriving micro-brewery scene of other comparable cities so we designed a brewery focused on bringing people into the brewery taproom.
Our brewery design keeps the focus on creating an experience through the taproom. Small batch brewing with a changing beer list keeps our focus on creativity, complimented by a small rotating food menu made from locally sourced meat, fish, and produce. A modest distribution campaign to local vendors increases our market size but does not distract from creating a brewery experience for our customers in the taproom.
