15 years experience in management with up to 450 employees. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and overseeing department heads at an 800 room hotel. Also started a successful real estate company that became ranked in the top 10 in the Las Vegas real estate market.

Kirk Forster has worked on organic farms in California, Hawaii and Mexico. Kirk advanced to a position of operations manager on an organic farm in Escondido California and was responsible for planting and harvesting cycles, scheduling labor force, and establishing accounts with local restaurants, farmers markets and CSA co-ops.
