Holds a mechatronics engineering degree from Deakin University and has been involved as a designer and engineer in the manufacturing industry since 1999. Morgan has contracted for a number of Tier 1 automotive suppliers such as Walker, Tenneco and Precision Components. He is currently completing a Master of Science and Technology Commercialisation at the University of Adelaide.

He started as an apprentice toolmaker at Chrysler Australia Ltd in the mid 70’s and has worked in the Automotive and manufacturing industry for over 35 years. He has been an engineering consultant to all the Automotive Companies in Australia. His speciality is in the concept and design of lean manufacturing which has helped those companies and many other local manufacturers achieve substantial cost savings over similar imported solutions

He held a number of marketing and sales management functions during his ten year time with the world’s largest chemicals company. He then was General Manager for Draeger Safety Equipment in China. He founded Best Solutions International in 2000. The company specialises in board and management advisory and strategy, market expansion and fundraising for technology start-ups. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He has completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with the University of South Australia and currently holds the position as financial manager for the company. Byron has worked as an administrator and accounts manager at an Adelaide based engineering company for 5 years. He currently works with a multinational company at Ernst & Young as a graduate.
