Currently a delivery only gluten-free bakery owned by a former opera singer with celiac. I fry gluten-free sourdough doughnuts and offer other baked goods. My business is currently three days a week (out of my home kitchen) and I'm looking to expand to a store front nearby because I have outgrown the capacity to continue in my home kitchen!!
