Founded original Soundog company in 2002, after helping grow his dad’s TV repair shop into a high-end business that designed and installed custom audio-video systems to residential and business markets throughout Michigan. He is in charge of research, product development, sales, marketing and training. He travels internationally, creating OEM partnership in China, with distributorships in Australia, United Kingdom and Canada.

Founded Real Green Systems, a software company specializing in the service industry more than 20 years ago and he has been working in the industry for more than 30 years developing and integrating marketing technologies into his Service Assistant™ software program years ago Three generations of marketing software later, they have put together the most comprehensive set of marketing, mapping and routing tools available on the market.

President of Latin American Operations and VP Automotive Operations at Fanuc Robotics in Rochester Hills MI for 19 yrs. President of Energy Products, Inc., located in Sterling Heights, MI for 8 yrs. His history of building and managing successful companies speaks to his fearless leadership; as well as his impressive knowledge and skills for creating profitable businesses. Currently President/COO of Real Green Systems and Soundog Applications.

Rick was President of Sales for The Soundog Company for two years. He spent his time traveling the country meeting with the larger analog customers of Soundog. He has built a good working relationship with Buffalo Wild Wings and Beef O Brady’s Franchisees.

Prior to joining The Soundog Company, Rick started Northern Title Agency in Traverse City. He grew the company over a 6 year period increasing their real estate transactions $100M per year.

Prior to joining Soundog Jim ran Synergetic Marketing for 14 years. While at Synergetic Jim led his team in developing the Marketing Command Center cloud based services which is now used as the Soundog Marketing Command Center. In 2015 Jim sold his company and joined Soundog.

Jim’s experience running a full-service marketing agency is integral to his part of building the Soundog sales and marketing support team.
